Still fat. 1330 gym total w/o wraps. I want to do a mock meet w/ knee wraps in january and break 1400 since I can't find any real meets to do any time soon.

I wasn't involving any particular program desu. When I injured my hamstring, as soon as I could train again I just started doing 5x5 squats and 6x3 deadlifts, 2 times a week each, increasing by 2.5kg every workout. Also did some accessory work, but that's up to you.

Almost always competition style. I did some variations to manage recovery while I adjusted.

I'm probably gonna mess with variations when I have real meet plans, and use them to periodize and peak.

I usually do singles, but I really just warm up and pick some stuff to do based of feel. Here are some examples of rep schemes I'll do.

After doing shoulder dislocates for 4-5 days, and not benching for about 3 weeks, I just did flat bench press with 135 lbs, 3 sets of 10, and OHP with 65 lbs, 3 sets of 8. That's the most I've ever pressed for that many reps for either of them.

There's this guy who trains at my school gym. Big powerlifter. I see him pulling lmao5plates and change as working weight on a regular basis. His torso is thick as fuck, big and bulky, and he's got these skinny little twig arms. Makes me giggle a little every time I see him.
I guess the point of that is that you don't have to do a lot of arm work to be strong. It's not hard to add it, though, and it does a lot for looking balanced.
