Hey guys, I've been really having awful shits and gas the last couple days. The only thing in my diet that's changed that much is me trying out soy protein in my shakes. Is this stuff known to cause that kind of indigestion or did I just fuck my shit up from something else?

OP, if soy is causing you problems, then don't eat it. I don't drink whey anymore because it makes me spend half the day violently farting.
