on my cheat days, i'll just eat a whole pizza, surprisingly it hits all my macros except slightly low on protein and too high on sodium.

>7 days a week
Breakfasts at work are a killer, full fry ups, bacon, sausage, hash brown, fried eggs, the lot, have it like 4 times a week on average.

I usually fast, so just 1 big meal a day, usually all I need, and then just a snack before the gym.
works well for me as I can't find the time to eat 5-7 smaller meals a day, plus hate reheating food, etc. and eating the same shit over the course of a week.
I like doing fry ups sometimes, much prefer red meat to chicken - although love turkey, so this time of year is great for me.

Do you work at a restaurant in Britain?

>I usually fast
Was there ever anything to that idea that to keep your metabolism up, you had to eat something every 1.5-2 hours? I feel like it's bunk.

as far as i know, it's just bro science bullshit.
if anything, there might be a minute affect on metabolism, but certainly not a noticeable one.
For me, I used to 'fast' before i even started working out anyway. I used to never eat in the mornings before school, and then just eat a big meal around 5pm every day, so when i discovered that fasting was an actual thing, I was already accustomed to it.
the main plus for me is that it's more in tune with my lifestyle, and is great if you don't want to over eat.
Chips, especially pic related.
I'm usually pretty good with eating in moderation and managing to fit small treats into my macros. However, chips are the one food I can't do that with. Once the bag is open it's getting finished within one sitting.
So, I either limit myself to eating them once a month or I buy small bags.

>hint of lime tostitos
absolutely heavenly. same boat as you, m80, i can finish off a big bag of doritos of those tostitos in one sitting.
