i think you need an aromatase enzyme inhibitor, and a selective estrogen receptor modulator to maintain hormone function when coming off gear.

If you want to be safe, cycle and don't do silly doses. Spend a few months every year not on gear. I know a bunch of ex weightlifters who used plenty of gear back in the day and they all have children. One guy has about 5.
