Soon as I started lifting I started getting laid a lot more often. I know it wasn't that I looked better because I literally started getting laid more the first month I started lifting. Fucked like 5 women in my life before starting lifting at age 22, by age 24 I had fucked around 40-60(wide rage because I honestly lost count).

Go out a lot, don't be afraid to go out alone, make yourself talk to people. Start with guys because they are easier to talk to. Don't be pushy, don't be nervous, don't think too much, drink but don't get shitfaced. As you get more comfortable start talking to women more. Talk to them the same way you would talk to guys at first, then as you get more comfortable you will start to notice the ways women are different, and you will start adjusting how you talk when it is with women you are interested in. You will also start to learn the difference between an interested and not interested chick. If she is interested, take things slow. Talk, invite her to different venues, get her to do an activity with you like pool or darts or something, if she keeps hanging around she wants to bang. Eventually get the courage to ask if she wants to come hang out at your place, or if you don't have a place, casually bring up interest in hers, like asking where she lives or if she has roommates, eventually she invite you to come by. Or just say we should go to your place. Mostly just don't overcomplicate.

Not him, but if you need help starting a conversation with other dudes, learn to play pool. Go to a bar and play onto a table. Most of the time it is an unspoken code of play, especially at paid tables, where if you put the change down for the next game you challenging the "owner" of the table. That way you can meet people at it's easy to talk about a common activity. Even if you're shit, nobody minds playing someone new, especially when they pay for the game. It's a really easy way to make friends.
