They're useless too. HT are good for some guys like George Clooney with infinite amount of money, good genes, thick hair who just have slightly receeding hairline in their 40s. If you are in your 20s and entire top of your haid is going bald there is no hope. Even if you get HT it'll look like pubes glued to your head, soon you will run out of the donor area, you will end up with scars, no money and fucked for life. There is literally no hope for bladlets other that the pigmentation.
