I guess I've lost my goals. I've got the legs, shoulders and chest I wanted so the only thing I'm missing is the big arms. However, I'll never get big arms without eating more, but I'm aiming at low bf so this shit won't work. I'm stuck brehs

My man. Also your ohp is fine, probably using a lot of shoulders on bench (maybe too wide grip?) But not necessarily bad unless your bench performance is hurting because of it.

Short:
195lb to 225(2pl8) bench
275 to 315 (3 pl8) squat
405 (4 pl8) to 420(weed) diddly

Long:
1250 PL total
4pl8 squat
5 pl8 dead
Bulk enough to be able to compete in the 90kg weight class on the high end of the scale (currently barely too heavy for the 82.5kg class)
All while not becoming fat as fatass

I used to do PL for about 1 year slowly moved into WL, which is why there's such a big discrepancy between my deadlift and High bar/Front squat.
Paralol low bar vs ATG high bar turned into a sad realization of how weak my quads were in relation to everything else.
