I had very abusive neglectful parents who sold and were addicted to drugs. My nigger stepdad brutally beat me on Christmas for trying to play nerf guns with him. It continued like this until I joined the Army and had more bad shit happen. I had chronic pain and a really messed up head after my home years and Iraq.

Sorry I don't like talking about it a lot, it makes me feel really bad.

Creatine, beta alanine, fiber (that sweet regularity), D3 and a mineral tablet (calcium, potassium, magnesium, zinc) (this last is probably the least important).

I don't really consider it a supplement, but others do, so I'll mention I have whey protein that I consume occasionally.

Caffeine + theanine as needed.

Melatonin + theanine to help sleep sometimes.

Phenibut twice a week, since that's about as often as it'll work for me. I was expecting more from the way some people described it, like almost mild LSD, but it's basically, "Hey, a whole day where I feel marginally less stressed and a little better about things in general."

I keep ephedrine around because it's the best thing for my congestion, sometimes I take it to help with cutting though.

Been thinking of trying something for memory (bacoba monieri and rhodiola) and something for semen (pygeum, lecithin, and maybe maca).

I'm 19, this is my frist cycle. It was meant to be 200mg tren, 200mg mast, 700mg test, but I kept adding more and more, i don't know why.

I did powerlifting, competing in BDFPA for 2 years, I'm a uni student now and would compete in mass students PL but, honestly now that I'm roided I think it's pathetic to consider competing in a natty comp, I do regret cycling. Did it out of curiosity. Had a gym bro with me the entire way.

While the gains were nice, the mood swings were horrific, and while I didn't get obvious physical sides, I can't say I enjoy knowing that my cholesterol is fucked, same with my blood presssure, I mean my resting heart rate jumped from 48 to 82. I'm ashamed I cycled, it's not all that amazing unless you started off low test anyway before cycling, not in normal ranges, and if you have SERIOUS body dysmorphia because the strength gains aren't worth the risks. My liver enzymes are in range, kidney function is a little off, but is in range (compared to before its decreased a bit), everything but blood pressure and mental health is fine. I seriously struggled with some mental sides, it was more depression and agression, sometimes self directed agression (towards myself, I wanted to die at times, had no reason for it).

Think carefully before cycling, and test E 500mg- 1g first cycle is much better than the stupid shit I did. But hey I gained loads of muscle, I can't even tell to be honest, I'm happy as fuck it's nearly PCT time.

All i know is 30mg is the recommended dosage on my ZMA supplement, and 30mg is 200% the daily value of a 2,000 calorie diet for men.

Most people aren't deficient in 95% of what's in multivitamins.

Fish oil is a meme on the level of anti-oxidants. It was popular so a bunch of studies were done, and they all got the kind of mildly positive results you expect from an actual result of nothing through the lens of wishful thinking.
Just in case though, just eat more fish. Smoked salmon is GOAT. It's expensive already smoked, but you can make your own for under the cost of beef. If your macros allow it, pepperoni and anchovy pizza is amazing.

Personally I take gluconate because it's one of the more bioavailable ones that are still cheap, I remember there being like 2 ones better that are generally twice as expensive.

Not really. Creatine is really one that needs to be taken as a supplement, every single day. You're not looking for a spike in blood levels, you're looking for consistently higher than standard intramuscular levels. It doesn't enter the muscles instantly, so it doesn't matter when you take it relative to when you work out.

Some people theorize that maybe, just maybe, having some extra in your blood before you start working out means that as your muscles use it during the work out, they'll draw in extra from blood, but it's hard to say whether or not that might be true.

Most people in developed countries don't get enough Omega-3 fatty acid, which is a specific kind of mono-unsaturated fat that mostly occurs in fish.

There's a fair amount of belief that getting a certain balance of saturated and certain mono-unsaturated fats in our diet is important, just like getting a balance of essential amino acids and fibers.

But it's probably better to just get a balanced diet that contains things like salmon, low mercury tuna, sardines and anchovies a little less often than you eat things like chicken and red meat.

Nitrates and nitrites in food have not been shown to actually form significant amounts of carcinogens in any simulated or actual study of gastric conditions, but if you're so concerned, get anchovies and pepperoni cured without them, and, like I recommend, smoke your salmon at home and don't add any.
