This. It's always funny, the less cardio and shit I do, the more Iwant to eat, which it should be the opposite. When I do an hour or so of cardio a day I can actually sit still and do something instead of being too energetic all day, causing me to get up every 10 minutes and walk around (walking past all this nice food) or lay in bed awake for hours thinking about the slight hunger I have.

theres a difference between cutting out 500 calories to lose weight which is healthy, and doing something stupid like eating only 800 calories a day

When I cut with about 1500 shit gets tough and i often cheat. Cutting at like 2.5k is aiight and takes just as long because I dont have days where i just fuck up and eat like a madman. Just work out more to make up for the extra food... Basically you might start losing your shit if you cut by more than 1k a day (implying youre not full on fat).
