So lower the weight...

Those bars supporting the barbell look removable. See if you can reverse the direction they're facing and then you can load up the weight, etc.

Clean the weight up and do front squats. Get under neath the bar (youll be sitting on the bench obviously) when its on the rack facing away from the bar. Squat up the weight and do box squats on the bench. Do lunges with weight on your back. Do deadlifts. Do stiff leg deadlifts. Do flute hip thrusts.

don't worry about what you should be lifting right now, just worry about what you CAN lift. once you get into a routine you can give some extra love to the groups that are relatively weak, but right now just do what you are capable of

Don't worry about the ratios. If you hear people say "i started at 2plates for squats when i was 14" just say cool. Start at whatever weight allows you to get a workout, and don't worry about what other people think of it.
