>Aggressive Fat Loss 2.0 by Greg O'Gallagher

Calories in, calories out, anon.

Move more.
>>

I used to have it. It's basically just him talking about intermittent fasting and now he would set it up.
>wake up and drink black coffee
>fast for 6 hrs
>eat apple after 6hrs
>wait another 1-2hrs before 1st meal
> 1st meal most calories, like 1k+
> 2nd meal something small

Or you could just count calories.
>>
>>35128536

ye this he talks about exactly what he does in videos on his chan as well.

it's really nothin ground breaking.
>>
I have it. Anyone who wants it email me.

PSMF is more effective in my opinion, calories are lower hence increasing weight loss and it keeps you moderately full when you are used to it.

I will email for prosperity

BroScience: the book

There is no proof that intermittent fasting works.
>>
>>35128580

the only thing I would say is IF for aggressive dieting is super effective at curbing cravings/hunger pain.

I sometimes incorporate PSMF w/ IF.
>>
>>35128580
PSMF is great if you can stick with it and return to maintinence intelligently without fucking up and rebounding. I've done PSMF myself and it works, but I'd rather not feel like dog shit and not being able to do anything while on it. I also can't handle the weakened immune system, got sick every time I came off of it.

If it's worth a damn it'll detail how to eat at a large deficit (800+Cal/day) and minimize muscle loss. Vinegar, weights, not too much cardio, small meals throughout day, lots of protein, the usual stuff.
>>
>>35129174
why vinegar? no mom science plz
>>
>>35128846
who takes time out of their day to make a picture like that srs
>>
>>35128393
That will lose you weight but it doesn't guarantee you'll lose fat retard.
To lose fat, get .82 g of protein per lb of lbm. Do HITT if you can, otherwise LISS.
Eat at a caloric deficit.
If you don't do cardio you'll get stuck on stubborn fat like everyone else (refer to Lyle McDonald's work for more info)

>.82g of protein per lb

just why?

Wrong link sorry

Because that's the minimum amount that has been observed to be useful? Your protein consumption should be for your LEAN MASS. You have fuccbois that are 220lbs 25% BF eating 220g of protein preserve their "muscle" when in reality they only have like 160lbs of lean mass.
>>
>>35130106
why exactly .82g? wis 0.81g different significantly? Was this just one study? Has it been repeated? what is your source? do you even understand the statistics in this study that has become the foundation of your fitness recommendations on a Peruvian cartoon admiration network?
>>
>>35128536

this is the plan pretty much entirely

IIRC your calories were your goal weight x 10 o r 11

i got all the pdfs off SEVEN chan
>>
>>35129174

What the shit is all of this.

> how to eat at a large deficit
EAT LESS

> and minimize muscle loss
MOVE MORE

It's not hard.
>>
>>35130684
According to ACSM standards

1.6-1.8g of protein per kg for ACTIVE individuals. Meaning an active job and going to the gym, basically moving all day.

Most people here fall into a sedentary category but they think because they go to the gym a few times a week they're all of a sudden active.

Protein consumption is over exaggerated.

http://bayesianbodybuilding.com/the-myth-of-1glb-optimal-protein-intake-for-bodybuilders/
> There is normally no advantage to consuming more than 0.82g/lb (1.8g/kg) of protein per day to preserve or build muscle once you’re past the novice level as a natural trainee. This already includes a mark-up, since most research finds no more benefits after 0.64 g/lb
>>
>>35130920
advanced and intermediate lifters required less protein than novice lifters, indicating the more active you are, the less protein you need to maintain anabolism (which makes sense, as anabolism is synthesis/breakdown, so if your body lowers the breakdown, it needs less protein to maintain anabolism, even at the same level of synthesis)

granted that probably doesn't apply if your "activity" comes from aerobics instead of anaerobics, as that could elevate your cortisol and and lower protein synthesis...

but that would only be at relatively high levels of physical stress.
