I came on here a while ago asking for tips on losing weight. i have a board that sits on the arms of my tread mill and i can nerd it up while i walk/run for 60 minutes a day.
anyways im starting to see progress in my face. ita getting thinner. but my progress is too slow and I want to know if theres anything i can do to speed this up.
i am not drinking booze.
my diet is fresh veggies with lemon juice and 1 tblsp of feta cheese. i only drink water. Carb intake is minimal. pasta/breads hockey puck sized daily. and protien is the feta. peperoini sticks and tuna and egg whites.
also im really fucking cranky. any tips will help. thnx again /fit/ i see the light

is there not a faster way to lose weight? i wana drop 5lbs a week and once i hit target weight drop the running down and increase eating to find my plateau if that makes sense
what i mean is i want to be able to drink and have an occasional burger without running 1 hour a day 5 days a week after i hit my target

In order to lose 5lbs per week, you need to have a net caloric intake of -2500
Since your TDEE would be roughly that, the only way to lose 5lbs per week would be to sign up for a boxing gym and get your ass kicked in every day.
