What program did you individually get the best gains on? Was it your favorite?
SS by far.
yes.

A modified version Texas Method + Bodyweight I did 5 years ago for a year & then 5/3/1.
Made best hypertrophy from Texas + BW and strength on 5/3/1
Been doing SL for 3 months as I've finally developed the mobility to do a full a2g squat now and building solid foundations.
Going to do a customised version of Greyskull LP
then 5/3/1
>>35117939
greyskull lp with powercleans, but only because that was my noob gains train, so you can't really compete with it.
it is still my preferred noob program, but i guess i am biased

My first program was Candito's. Bench +30, Squat +30, Deads +40 in about six weeks. So far, it's the only program I've used, gonna be keeping an eye on this thread.

LP or 6 week?
>>35118136
6 week.
>>35117939
SS because fast strenght linear gains.
Then a modified TM with the "recovery" day switched to oly style and the intensity day heavily influenced by westside principles.

Big improvement nice job

Thanks, senpai. I'm looking into Klokov for after this round of Candito's, but I gotta find something for the upper body, too!
My own routine, but the nutrition is what made the difference for me.
PHAT, in both strength and size
frequency is everything

madcow did great for intermediate, shit just kept going up. Changed to oly lifting and programs are less strict.
HIgh rep High weight High intensity lifting and calisthenics with little rest between sets and sets of 100 turns on on the jumprope or jumping jacks too keep the intensity high.
Mainly just have a bunch of stations set up and completely blast every single fiber of either my upper body or lower body with shitloads of heavy lifts and hard and high rep calisthenics and do hard and fast HIIT with jumping jacks or Jump ropes.
KEep the intensity high and push the muscles hard.
Put on lots o mass, built lots of endurance, and was completely wrecked by the high levels of test. Went celibate, no fap, gave up porn, and only meditated and played jrpgs to let off steam.

So not really any program at all? You just went to the gym like 3 days a week and went hard as fuck on every muscle? Is this a viable strategy?
>>35117939
4 me
Best strength = SS
Best looking = PPL
Yes to both

Actually I would workout nearly every day and sprint at night. Only going by what my body was capable of and resting ever few days if I didn't want to lift or felt completely fucked from the heavy workouts.
It's really viable if you eat well, cutting bad shit from your diet(not diet but what you eat in general).
Listen to your body and rest when needed, push hard when possible, keep an eye out for, and working with, potential injures, and some times over rule your body and push even harder when there is little risk for long term problems.
Approach working out like it's a part of your life that can be done anywhere at anytime and it doesn't start, revolve around, and end at the gym.
