I'm 188cm, started at 70kg, 78kg now, and I've gained quite a lot of basic size. Add another 6 kgs, and take 10 cms off, and that's probably my goal body.

From the Link you postet you gained 8mg in 3 Months. thats already fast. But If you wanna do this to yourself then fuck it, just eat more meals, not even bigger, just more frequent. Drink like a litre of Water about 20 minutes before a meal to stretch your stomach, and pig out on stuff with high caloric density.
