my post workout is a little meal that I call "MUSCLE FISH"

40g protien

if you want less protien and think you need the Omega-3's which maybe you do, then switch yellowfin for albacore

Today I ate a 300 gram steak with broccolini for lunch, and a mix grill at the Lebanese restaurant. I have no idea how mqny calories but I am guessing around 600 for lunch and 1200 for dinner. 1 and 1/3 lb rib eye seasoned with salt pepper and garlic cooked medium rare.

The creme brulee was meh at best.

The chicken legs were grilled, I never got to them but my wife ate them.

Low fat mince
Onion
Garlic
Carrots
Celery
Kidney beans (these were in chilli sauce)
Tinned tomatoes
Fresh chilli peppers if I have them, powder if not
Smoked paprika, salt and pepper for seasoning
And sometimes a bit of sugar to take the edge of the tomato if it's a bit tart

Leave it to cook for as long as I can be bothered
This recipe feeds me for a few days when I'm cutting and freezes well

That all said, you've got the right idea, I've had a mostly pescetarian (I eat red meat once or twice a week for testosterone and because steak/elk/kangaroo is fucking delicious)

Sorry, continued

I've had a mostly pescetarian diet for the past five years and it's done wonders for my fitness.

Slice your salmon, potatoes, carrots, leek and some garlic if u want that. Boil the potatoes & carrots for a while first and then add in the salmon (it takes like 5mins to cook) and the rest of the stuff. Add in a little cream in the end if u want to.
Its delicious and simple imo, like one of my fav foods senpai.
Sometimes I just cook plain salmon and add in some frozen shrimps when its nearly ready.
Oh and you don't need too much of water, just to basically cover the stuff.

Some sultanas
Cook in microwave for 2:30
Mash peanut butter and banana together
Add a scoop of vanilla whey
Mix it all up

Takes amazing, I dont even feel like eating for 4 hours afterwards

Cajun webber seasoning chicken tender loins
A very small ammount of cheddar
1/4cup of cottage cheese on top
Lots of hot sauce

Get all that vitamin A along with a nice crispy, sweet crunch
Eat whole raw carrots. That's my favorite snack for cutting. I can only eat about 90-100 calories worth of them before I'm full too which is a nice bonus.
