if I fail I just bang out a few push presses with it and rack it. I hit 170lbx4 on my workout this morning so I just did 2 push presses and a jerk and moved on

I did SS during my deployment to iraq, I was doing power cleans+ohp with 135lb and when I was done for some fucking reason I decided to walk with the bar racked on my shoulders and put it on the squat rack in front of me, while I was walking the bar pressed down on some blood vessel on my neck or something and I passed out.
That was the day I realized I'm fucking retarded.
