500 over TDEE will give you 1lb of mass a week, so about 3.5kg a month. anything else is ridiculous.

OP, as a former skelly who made it out and got jacked, I will give you the realtalk.

First things first, fuck the sticky. Counting calories is shit. It's just an internet meme.

What you'll want to do is figure out how to make food that contains protein, fat and carbs in a 1:1:1 ratio as measured in grams. This is not too difficult once you get the hang of it.

By default, whole milk has this sort of ratio but it's not the only thing in the world.

If a meal lacks fat, try to find a way to put olive oil or coconut milk in/on it, or mix up homemade mayonnaise as a base for dipping sauces.

If a meal lacks carbs, just add potatoes/rice/bread.

Load up on meat/fish/eggs with every meal.

Now when you roll out of bed in the morning, immediately begin eating this food, whatever you have made. Eat it continuously throughout the entire day.

Watch the scale. If it isn't moving up by about 1 pound a month, increase your intake. Nothing hard and fast, just push yourself to eat a little more with every "snack" throughout the day.

To avoid getting fat while doing this, I suggest you aim for that goal of 1 lb per month. It's realistic to expect 10-12 pounds of lean muscle gain per year, so I wouldn't advise trying to gain weight any quicker than that.

Fags on the internet and IRL will try to tell you that if you do not weigh more than 200 pounds you are an inferior weakling. Do not listen to them. Being fat is not worth gaining their approval, weighing >200 means nothing if it's half blubber. You want to do a good job at bulking.

Assuming you're a skelly you're probably already at low double digit body fat, well if you do something like this and successfully slowly bulk for 5 straight years you'll retain that body fat percentage but add a solid 60 lbs of muscle to your frame.

Tell me that wouldn't kick ass.
