I already did my workout, but tomorrow im going to hit bench + upperbody. Looks like last time i did 1x4x110kg, 3x4x112.5kg, 1x5x112.5kg and it felt pretty good. Not sure what i'm about to go after, but i increase reps on a certain weight or weight on certain reps or do more sets on certain weight, and probably will mix all of those. So i'll just increase the progressive overload.

Have you tried volume training for bench? Like if 3x5x100kg felt pretty hard, and you think that you probably will fail next time if you increase 2.5kg, try to hit that shit for 5x5x100kg, or like 3x5x100kg, 1x4x102.5kg, 1x6x97.5kg etc. Work your way into your goal like that, increasing the load over time, keeping 1-2 reps in bank in every set. I think its one of the best ways to go about it, becouse you have so much variety to go about it.

I usually increase the amount of sets i do my "max" weight with, so if i did 2 sets of 75 id try and do 3 before adding weight.

But it's mostly due to a bad pec injury a couple of years back that both limits me physical and phycological, i dont want it to turn bad again.

I think im going to try and hit the press harder for a few months, because thats easier for my chest, and i hope that might increasing my bench as well in the long run.
