Which vitamins/aminos/supplement are good for performance, mood and skin?
>>
Creatin for maximum muscle growth
ZMA before bed
Fish oil

You really dont need anything else if you are eating correctly
>>
Sounds like you want some nootropics
>>
>>35099336
All of which you are deficit in
>>
Zinc for mood, clear skin, and dick gains
>>
>>35099357
Zma did nothing for me, not even the crazy dream shit.

Possibly diarrhea tho.
>>
Vitamin D
Fish oil
I hear good things about Caffeine + L Theanine
Piracetam or some shit I hear works
Anything else is just going into drug territory and is prescription or illegal, e.g. Adderall, amphetamine, methamphetamine, Modafinil, Ritalin, etc
>>
anything for social anxiety?
>>
I heard there is some drug that actually grows your hippocampus by like 30%

Pretty significant.
>>
>>35100092
Phenibut or something like that

>>35100041
Magnesium leads to diarrhea if too much
>>
>>35100124
>>35100092
Phenibut is pretty good for anxiety. Do your research though. Supposedly its something not to fuck around with.

I sold Nootropics for a while, they're all bullshit.

There are none that have beneficial long term effects other than (scant evidence at best) Creatine.

If you're just looking for a temporary affect on your synapses and don't mind paying a lot for it, any of the *racetams are fairly cheap and the standard prescription drugs like modafinil etc are all fairly good, though cost a lot more.

If you want to actually increase performance, mood and skin then eat a healthy diet, get plenty of sun and work out regularly.

Like this guy alluded to, the only time you should ever take vitamins and/or supplements is when you've had blood-work done and know that you're deficient in something and don't have access to food with said nutrients/vitamins/minerals, otherwise you're flat out wasting money on a magic pill like everyone else who buys supplements.
>>
>>35100092
nofap for atleast 1 week
>>
I am currently having 15mg zinc but I hear some good cum/dick gains if I go up to 30-40mg a day? But not over 50+ because I hear thats too much long term.

Any recommended zinc supplement? I know there are different chelations, but unsure if there is a reputable sublingual, or chewable.. Something easy to add to my current multi+fishoil.

Would rather not have yet another large pill.
>>
what ever happen to vitamin D namefag?
>>
>>35099380
this. OP take some racetams
>>
Fish oil eery day. Wouldn't recommend caffeine except for hunger suppressant and changing your sleep schedule

Brain gain is my top priority because good looks don't get me a PhD. The best Nootropic I found on the market was Nitrovit, which made me a heavyweight thinker for the month and a half I used it.
When I free up my finances I plan to get some more, it was entirely worth the cost.

Pick related is inside of you, take care of it like you would any muscle.
>>
>>35100435

Yeah I think I'm gonna order some but do I have something to be afraid of if I'm not gonna exceed the small doses ?
>>
>vitamin complex (contain around 500% GDA + around half of the suggested fiber)
>fish oil
>vitamin D
>CoQ10
>thyroid if tested for too high values
>creatin
>>
*********** ZMA IS SNAKE OIL ************
>>
>>35100694
I bet my left nut that you are not getting in enough vitamins through regular diet.

So man docs adjust their measuring towards GDA and GDA is a complete joke.

At least that is what many successfull docs that I know say - they all take a vital complex along proper diet.

(and no they don't sell supplements)
>>
>>35101139
>taking high dosages of nutrients your body needs does nothing
>>
>>35101146
I agree with this, if you're looking for optimal functioning you can't use a measure designed around disease risk.
>>
I've supplemented with zinc percolinate, magnesium, and fish oil and have noticed improvements in sleep quality, dream intensity, recovery etc.
Probably massive placebo effect but they're cheap enough, so what's the harm.
I'd rather take excess and gain nothing than take none and completely miss out.
>>
I noticed that I usually sleep 9hours but when I take zinc supp (50mg) I wake up after like 6 hours
>>
I wonder if there are adverse effects of using supplements on your digestive system - liver, kidneys etc.

I thought I had heard it taxed the liver.
>>
>>35101304
You heard right. All supplements cause hepatitis and nephritis
>>
>>35101289

There is definitely a noticeable increase in volume of loads with Zinc. I don't know about the other claims, but this one is easily provable.
>>
>>35101263
Surprised to see someone agreeing actually.

Fit is always a huge hate fest as soon as someone mentions something controversial.

If I have learned one thing from my social contacts, then it is that many many people suck at their jobs and that includes doctors.
>>
>>35101100
Like i said do your homework. People who have a bad time(throwing up, sleeplessness) all exceed the recommended dosage by an outrageous amount. Start small and work yourself up. I've never gone over 3g in a day, and that's probably the most ill ever do.
>>
>>35100092
Also cold showers. Look up Wif Hof.
>>
>Zinc
>Magnesium
>B6
>D3
>Omega-3
>Creatine
Been supplementing with these for the last 6 months. Been interested in trying out nootropics, so the other day I ordered a stack called Alpha Brain. And phenibut, which piqued my interest. Also bought some L-Arginine and pycnogenol for supposed viagra-like boner gains, figured it'd be worth a shot.

I'm just addicted to optimizing my brain/body, really.
>>
>>35101541
Have you noticed any effects from the L-Arginine?
>>
>>35101850
Ordered it yesterday, haven't had it delivered yet.
>>
To people that says have a good diet what am i suppose to eat? Fruit is too much suger, meat bad eggs bad milk bad, potatos and white rice spikr gi bad, whole grains oats etc have antinutrients, too much vgtbles give too much fiber and too much fiber lowers t levels wat do, ib4 moderation what would you say is a great daily meal plan!

So
Fucking
Hard

Literally
>>
>>35102236
Holy shit, I think that's the first time I've heard someone use "literally" correctly in a month.
>>
>>35101975
>Fruit is too much suger
Are you sure
>>
>>35101969
If you ordered something like >>35099336 then you done goofed. Pretty much every study shows that L-Arginine is only effective if you take about 5 grams daily. 500mg won't do shit.

but she didn't actually get hard
>>
>>35101236
not him, but why the fuck would you need that fucking asparate shit?

you can get superior absorption chelated Z, M and a good coenzymed B-complex separately
>>
>>35101236
Read up on the original "study." Total bullshit and later studies debunked it. Zinc and magnesium are good supplements, but compete for absorption and should be taken at different times.
>>
>>35102427
I thought ZMA stood for Zinc, Magnesium and vitamin A, it looks like I was mistaken.
>>35102430
I thought "snake oil" was an odd accusation for a supplement of vitamins and minerals, but as you say it isn't always so simple.
>>
>>35099336
The Holy Trifecta of Study and Athletics: ritalin (or adderal), caffeine, nicotine
>>
>>35102287
The ones I bought are 1250mg each, for an advised 2500mg a day. The guy who advised to try took 3000mg daily, so I figured I'll take 3 a day for a total of 3750 mg/day.
>>
>>35100974
Bumping this
>>
>>35101390
How much zinc? Which chelation?
>>
>>35099336
cock, you suck enough of it
>>
"nootropics" ie racetams are fucking worthless.

Creatine is necessary if you don't eat a lot of meat (more than a pound/day)

Theanine is a pretty decent stim combined with caffeine
>>
>>35101289
magnesium is a good supp. few people get enough through diet
>>
>>35102770
Where did you find such large pills? I couldn't find pills that big so I just take the powder separately. There are no words to describe how bad it tastes. I would love to take pills instead.
>>
>>35103633
I have 1500mg pills from Olimp called Argipower
