How in the fuck am I supposed to go on dates/go to parties and not drink? /fit/, if I HAVE to drink, what should I order?

For real there's literally no way you can maintain a normal social life without having a few drinks. Don't kid yourself; that hot girl you're training for wants to share a bottle of wine with you, guaranteed.

Seriously you can't handle social situations without liquid courage? Yes first few times you'll feel awkward but you'll learn to tap into that same awesome guy you are when you've drunk and the great thing is the next day that feeling wont disappear.

Your base state of being will be elevated to that guy and you'll naturally be more social in non party situations.

If it's the case of you having to deal with saying no to your friends when out and they keep saying go on drink and you buckle under the pressure and don't know how to say no...well fuck you are a beta faggot and need some backbone.

When on dates I order a ginger beer or coke. I enter the bar, tell the girl she's got a special mission, go find two cosy seats in the bar and I'll buy the first round. What would you like?

I get her wine or beer and get myself a ginger beer.

All about balance man. I used to be exactly like you, would miss huge amounts of lifting to go party and end up drinking pure sugar drinks and eating like shit and missing lifts from being too hungover to move, the best advice I got was to work your ass off during the week then keep the weekend for socialising and partying. Seriously worth the effort, you feel so much better and still get to party without guilt.
