Lets put this meme to rest
>100 pushups
>100 squats
>100 situps
>10km run
>Every day no rests allowed
This workout is pretty easy for regular /fitizens/ no doubt
However those with sedentary lifestyles who have never worked out a day in their life to just do this workout without building it up to it would literally by physically impossible.
Maybe you could the first day or two, but since you've never exercised before and you didn't lead up to it, you would be dead.
i cant do 100 pushups without rest
10km average fitizen?

It will take 3 years in order to prove this workout wrong.
I will be undertaking the one punch workout at the beginning of 2016 and will do it until I either break and can't or 3 years have passed.
Since someone said I should when I first mentioned this I have my trip and I'll do regular updates once I actually get started.
Wish me luck.

Make sure you don't use the AC or heater~!
And let us know if your hair starts falling out.

What? That routine would destroy triathletes.

I bet his hair just fell out because of all the roids. Would explain how he got so strong with that workout.

good luck friend

10k run every day is something only someone who has never run before would think they can do.
Sure, you sometimes see people doing a hundred marathons in a hundred days or whatever for charity, but thinking you're going to run 10k every single day for years without any rest days is going to lead to injury without a doubt.

Don't forget to take creatine for the balding effect

AC won't be a problem, already can't fit an AC unit into any of the windows in my place.
Heat might be more so, it gets below freezing here and I have roommates. I'll just have to close the heat vents in my room or something.
Def let you know if I go bald.
