> What do you take - Why
Does it work?
> Zinc - Testosterone
Haven't noticed a change
> Vitamin D - Testosterone/Bone Gains
Haven't noticed a change
> Melatonin - Sleep Gains (Only Occasionally)
Puts me right to sleep.
> St. John's Wort - Depression
Only been on it a few days, no noticeable difference. Supposedly it takes a while to kick in.
> other daily supps: resveratrol, raw garlic, green tea, raw unprocessed cocoa, curcumin, vitamin d, vitamin c, b vitamins mix, multivitamin, zinc, magnesium, fish oil, l-citrulline, spirulina, 5-HTP
My two main focuses are lowering depression and heart disease risk (inherited shitty heart disease genetics).

Have serotonin receptor damage from heavy concussions in sports I played while I was younger. Caused me major depression. That linked with my family history of diabetes means my Magnesium and Zinc levels were abysmal.
Take supps for it now instead of SSRIs and it really has been life changing.

Zinc, Magnesium, Aspartate, and B6. Google it, it's one of the few that aren't snake oil.
Melatonin is a fucking godsend. Fucking. Godsend.
I take a few things for different reasons.
nootropics:
>1600mg piracetam
gives me clear mind, better memory
>20mg noopept
same as piracetam but also elevates hr
vitamins/minerals:
>vitamin D
10,000IU (in the winter)
>potassium
300mg
>magnesium
150mg
>zinc
100mg
>b6
100mg
aminos
>L-Glutamine
for supposed "gains"
>L-Tyrosine
very good for mood stability
>caffeine as pre-workout
> Zinc - Testosterone
>Haven't noticed a change
Zinc supplements will only increase testosterone if you were deficient to begin with.
Do i need more vitamin D daily than is in my daily mens multivitamin? what about zinc?
>caffeine
1 cup a day at about 1 pm to suppress hunger. adding more when i start dnp
>fish oil
800 mg
seriously don't even need to say anything about this. fish oil needs to be in our tap water
>biotin
3000 mcg
for hair growth (long hair goals)
Creatine 3-5g
Vitamin D3 2200UI daily in the winter
Glucosamine+Chondrotine complex
The last one was a suggestion by my doctor after diagnosed that I have chondromalacia in my knees. My knees feel more relaxed now but still the inflammation is noticeable from time to time and the 90% humidity where I live kills me. I will probably get some fish oil and a curcumin supplement and see if it will get better though there is no pain and in general my doctor said that I should not worry and keep squatting hard to support my knees via good quads. If anyone faces any similar joint problems please care to mention what worked for you.

except it is snake oil, and it also puts you way over your daily limit of zinc when you take it alongside a multivitamin like you're doing
