I do supersets so I barely rest. maybe 30 seconds maximum
example: chest/triceps/forearms day:

>one set of abs
>one sets forearm machine
rince and repeat x4
It keeps your heartrate higher so you burn a bit more calories and it's more time-efficient. The only problem is you can't do that shit when the gym is crowded

About 1-2 minutes. It's such a bitch, but low rep is the best way for this, and since I can't train legs due to an injury it gives me a whole day to focus it
