Hey /fit/

I'm fucking fat (120 kg, 264 lb). Five months ago, I decided go trekking as a start for losing weight. The result? left ankle sprain.

A couple of months after that, I decided to try again. Not trekking, just regular street walking. The result? same ankle sprain.

I've tried again not so long ago. The result was a painful sesamoiditis and an extra ankle twist.

So after years of a sedentary lifestyle, i'm paying the price. Since my fucking feet can't even resist my proper weight, I've decided to do stationary bicycle everyday. But i'm kind of scared.

I already have a few stretch marks, and I definitely don't want to end like pic related. Any tip to avoid that flabbiness?

Thank you guys
>>

That depends on how tall you are
>>
there are no tips, it's already determined if you will get loose skin.

at this stage there's nothing you can do.
>>
>>35092663
>stationary bicycle
yes

also, EAT LESS. what is your height?
>>
>>35092663

You will have to accept it. If you've let yourself go to the point of stretch marks, you are toast. Took this halfway towards my goal thinking it couldn't get worse, but it did. Consider surgery.
>>
>>35092663

the only way to minize loose skin is to make sure your weightloss extends for a long time. Aim to lose no more than 1 pound per weak, so roughly 50 pounds in one year
>>
>>35092681
>>35092689

1,82 m (6 feet according to a conversor)
>>
>>35092663

Surgery.
>>
>>35092721

Hey I have the same kind of loose skin as you have. I have some loose skin on the belly and the buttocks. I regret nothing, I am currently saving for surgery. I understand that loose skin can scare you. I was scared and now I'm okay with it because I breathe normally, I'm fit, I can run, I don't have pain in my joints anymore, etc...

There is nothing to be scared of, you just have to be aware that it can happen so you don't get depressed when you get there. You can't expect a live when you would never have to go to the surgeon. And this operation is nothing compared to the terrible disabilities obesity will give you when you get older.
>>
>>35092663

Compression garments. You have to wear them after liposuction for six weeks to avoid baggy skin. If you're cutting hard, compression garments at all times will minimise the damage.
>>
>>35092721

stretch marks are no indication of loose skin.

if you get to the stage you're losing ~ 100 lbs than thats the point of no return you're guaranteed loose skin to some extent.

I went from 6'4 392lbs to 6'4 198. You're a fat ass, even with some excess skin your life is going to be so much better on the other side. You letting something like skin, that is incredibly elastic hinder you from living longer and enjoying a better time on earth? That pic you linked is obese to beast, be still has FAT to lose on his body. Skin is paper thin. He still has fat all over his chest and stomach and legs he needs to lose. That skin is clinging and hanging from fat, not muscle. Hence why his arms look normal but stomach and chest doesn't. Don't get me wrong, everyone who needs to lose over 100lbs of fat is going to have some excess skin but the shit that isn't as bad as people make it out to be if you lift and train.

Pic is me. I know.

Not OP but I don't have a single stretch mark from overweight, all of them are from puberty (on shoulders armpits hips and butt), so I guess I'm good even tho I have like 60 pounds to lose. Yay.
>>
>>35092829

btw, I was 133 kg at 198 cm, and I had terrible pain in my right knee. I started with rowing and then stationary bicycle. Now I do jumping jacks, deadlifts, squats, etc... and everything is okay now. I wish you luck.
>>
>>35092869

good job on the progress
You literally looked like a fat feminist chick before
>>
>>35092869
no op but just wanted to ask, what bf are you? i'm between 15-17 atm but I still have man titties, since i started training my chest hard the i can see the muscle underneath just pushing them up a little.

did yours go easy?
>>
>>35092663
SWIM.
>>
>>35092902
Keep training your chest hard and dieting. I still have a little bit of fat on my chest. I can honestly say at 198lbs I'm just under 20% bf. Probably 18. I still have 15lbs or so of fat to lose before I consider bulking. I don't want to be like OPs picture and bulk when there's still fat on my chest and stomach that my skin is clinging too. It will only make those areas worse as I go up in weight. Your moobs will go away. Don't get discouraged. Take.my.advice and keep dieting and lifting hard.
>>35092899
Yeah growing up I was mistaken as a lesbian online. I'm still baby faced. I'm 25.
>>
>>35092989
honestly i'm 5'9 166lb and my body is looks shitty because of my chest. i'm going to go bear mode I think and just bulk for a while
>>
>>35092869
Awesome progress buddy.
>>
OP here

Thank you all guys for the responses

Ill tell you how it went to me in a few months.
>>
>>35092836
This. My twin sister gave birth to twins and wore that shit after, said it helped while she worked her ass off. Try it anon
>>
>>35092663
what the fuck?
im 5'8 manlet and 320 pounds and even i managed to walk a mile or so at the beginning to start my routine
my feet hurt like a motherfucker and so do my knees but fuck im not being a whale anymore
>>
>>35092989
how did you get started? What was your first plan?

not OP
>>
>>35092663
I was considering losing weight....but now that I know losing it will mean looking like a melting action figure....It is really starting to demotivate me from bothering...
>>
>>35094635
Stop. You'll ruin your joints and fail. Do bike riding or swimming, low impact cardio to lower the strain on your joints. You need to take things slowly at the start or you'll just injure yourself and lose your progress
>>
>>35092836

Not OP, but when should you start wearing those?
>>
Come on, don't run. You'll just fuck up your joints at that weight

I'm 6'3'' 260lbs, already lost 40 and aiming for 200

I eat less, ride stationary bike and lift weights, that's all you need desu

Mine isn't that bad but if i do a pushup and look toward my stomach i'll see a good chunk of loose skin just hand down from my belly.

Apart from that there isn't much loose skin visible when I'm just standing upright.

Do have the purple tiger stripes though.
>>
>>35098341
>>35098318

Skin removal surgery?
>>
>>35092663
Do you wear high top boots? You should wear high top boots.
At that point you should be more concerned about knee issues.
Swimming and bicycling are goat cardio for fat people sisnce it doesn't put as much stress on the joints
>>
>>35098117

hard to tell how much of that is loose skin because you're fat as fuck.

lose weight and reassess.
>>
>>35098341

Same here. I look kinda normal just standing, but if I breathe in it becomes all puckered and folded, and if I bend over even a bit it hangs over my belt like im 300 lbs still.

Plus yeah when I do a pushup it all kind of comes to the middle and just hangs down, like I've got a big udder hanging off me - and I can actually feel like someone is tugging at my belly. It's kind of hard to describe to someone who has never had loose skin.
>>
>>35099065
Thanks for the unasked for advice? I guess?

I'm in the process of losing, 130 lbs down, ya cheeky cunt

Hungriest of skeletons here, we are the same height and you weigh exactly two times what I weigh. Now that's freaky.
