Is it worth it going to a fitness center if I already have:
2 x barbell, weight bench, 2 x dumbbell,
Chin Up Bar and many weights?

In my opinion, yes. I would get distracted easily lifting at home.

I'm able to focus and push myself allot harder at the gym.

Also less risk of painful death, if you fail a set.

do you have a spotter at home for bench? I've always been afraid of ending up with a barbell on my windpipe and rotting on my bench while Linkin Park plays over and over on repeat and my cat eats my legs.

Depends on money, if i were you i would join WL or Crossfit 2 days a week and make the upper body home

Not him but I think squat is so overrated.

Regardless you can hack squat and front squat with a barbell and the floor and that's sufficient.

Depends on your goals. If you are looking to just maintain in a decent shape, you are set with what you have. If you want to get bigger, you'll need a rack.
