2 things. If you have a video of you pressing I can look at it and if you want I wrote a 12 page workshop for overhead press. I have a 300lb log clean and press, and a 145lbs dumbell clean and press. It's the only lift of mine that isn't garbage right now lol

I've been following SS, however lately I've been increasing the amount of reps in my sets on some days with lighter weight. My goal is to increase my prs... doing so every workout is tough though, and those high volume sets seeem to help.

I guess as long as I'm improving right?

Please don't get caught in the SS trap, squatting your five rep max 3 times a week was fucking retarded and you stall, have shitty work outs, and probably hurt yourself.
