Start by not doing fucking SS, do Bill Starrs The Strongest Shall Survive program, its similar to SS but actually good. You won't be doing your five rep max on everything 3 times a week so you can add accessories without burning out or injury.
The routine actually has a proven track record for training athletes going back to the 70s, SS doesn't. Honestly I'd be surprised if over 10 football coaches in the US at any level even have their athletes do SS.

~200lbs in this pic, lacking motivation overall lately and have been powerlifting for a bit. Thinking of trying PHAT but I'd like to get more lean. If I got where I wanted as far as leanness went I'd try and just permabulk the right way with maybe some mini cuts in between but I've yet to get where I think I'll be happy

Ah, glad you asked. Lifting moderately (3x a week, lots of alcohol, watching food occasionally, bad sleep) for 2.5 years. Used to abide god ripleytits and was a strength fag: mostly the big lifts. Started isolation and bit more aesthetics based training about 4 months ago but mehh progress on my puny Chernobyl arms. Any tips welcome and appreciated! I also hate cats, love cheese, and fucked the girl next door 2 days ago. Pretty proud of that.
