If the breast implant is implanted over the muscle (subglandular), it's not a problem. Most female bodybuilders have their implants implanted this way. If it's implanted under the muscle (sub muscular) it becomes problematic as doing chest exercises will move the implant. This problem is accentuated with anatomic/tear drop implants.
