So I'm curious. How strong is someone who can roll out the One Punch Workout?
Does starting weight matter a lot?
Will this just destroy someone's body since it doesn't account for rest time?
Does /fit/ even give a fuck about it since it includes cardio?
Literally only the cardio in this workout is a pain, the pushups etc are easy as fuck and literally give you no gains once you can do them (day 1).
Basically this workout is crap unless you want to be really good at cardio and not be strong or big

We don't care about it because a stupid fuck from /a/ posts this every day.
Kill yourself
It's shit.

When will this image just be filtered ffs
>>35085637
it's funny how the picture makes it seem as if the workout portion of this routine would be somehow hardcore even though its literally not even enough to maintain gains
>>35085637
It sounds like you're pretty skinny.
>>35085648
Brb, killing myself.
>>35085615
fuck off with your naruto 2.0 bullshit
>>35085656
It can't maintain its own gains? So you will get too weak to do 100 if you keep doing 100? Or do you mean your muscles will stop being swollen after they get used to it? Since I mean that much is kinda obvious.
STOP FUCKING POSTING THIS YOU FUCKING FAGGOT PIECE OF SHIT IGNORANT KEK
>>35085728
Reeeee? Calm down, fuckboy.
>>35085615
Pretty fucking hilarious. There are some people that can barely do a pushup. How many people can barely do a squat. If you can't do a bodyweight squat you don't know how to take a shit by urself.
/fit/ doesnt give a fuck about it cuz SS is more of a meme even tho its a legit program.

That's the joke, the guy in the pic is god-tier OP and they ask him how and he says that shitty routine. It's not supposed to be good
What I have gleaned from this is that it is a legitimate way to become babystrong. Better than a normal office slob, and a hell of a runner, but that's all.
Thanks, /fit/, I might not understand all of your incomprehensible rage from what I assume is steroids, but you're useful for information occasionally.
