/fit/, this week I have an audition to be a group exercise instructor at my university's gym. I'll be instructing a 55 minute bootcamp class, so it's a circuit based class with a mix of cardio and strength with minimal equipment.
Design my audition class for me, /fit/.
Forget everything you know about fitness, and then put together 25 minutes of extremely low-intensity calisthenics, and then a complex with a 2-3kg dumbbell that your grandmother could do. Finish with some stretching.

45 minutes of push up burpees
20 minutes presentation on calories in calories out and basic nutrition (macromolecules). Then, 35 minute demonstration and practice of compound lifts.

10 Weighted dips
60 lopsided hyperabdomen bicycle crunches
Finish with handstand race
