Im new to 4chan so sorry if Im doing something wrong. Ive been going to gym for a couple months now and Im starting to see the gains but I have one problem. I already have pretty good abs, back and arms but always had a skinny chest. Ive been working on my chest a lot and its improving but only the outsides of my chest are improving and Im still stuck with a hole right above my abs where my ribs meet. What should I do so this "hole" fills in?

If yall gon roast me can you at least answer give me the advice I asked for?
Don't worry about it senpai, as your chest grows it'll barely be noticeable, I got the same thing.

It's hard to tell from the pic considering your chest is basically a flat surface, but if you really do have a hole there, it's called pectus excavatum. You can't do anything about it.
It doesn't matter though, just fucking lift.

Start lifting with your grips closer to one another. Start to target individual muscle groups and most importantly, give it time.

I have a hole nothing you can fuckin do. Generally it fucks with your chest appearance but it sometimes can make your chest look bigger.
>>35076195
Not much you can do besides get your chest bigger, dont worry about it too much man.

I have mild pectus. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being severe I'd say I have a 6. You look like maybe a 1 or 2 in comparison, maybe less.
Read the sticky.
Eat.
Get on a real routine for beginners. I recommend Strong Lifts 5x5 with accessories.
Your gap can only be fixed by surgery unfortunately
If you can afford it do it but it'll put you out for a while and you'll maybe have to start again
In the meantime OP just do what everyone said and lift, and eat a lot you skelly

Would dips on day A/chins/pullups on B be good? Maybe something else?
>>35076330
He could get it fixed through surgery, but his insurance won't cover it. I have severe pectus and I'm getting it fixed. My insurance is covering it though because mine is severe

Exactly that. Read the website. Very good information.
