Should I do accessoires lifts while on SL5x5? Some of my bodyparts

Should I do accessoires lifts while on SL5x5?

Some of my bodyparts are falling behind in terms of size, like my shoulders.

Sure - do some light dumbell shoulder presses and flat DB presses on your rest days. Throw in some dumbell rows and curls in there if you want to.

they are for resting

if you want more shoulders do lateral raises on a day and wide elbow rows/ face pulls on b day

if you want more arms then do tricep push down/ skull crushers and chins/ bicep curls

I've got more to work on, like triceps, traps, and calves...

Easy there. I said light accessories so you don't tax yourself too much on SL. Ride it out until you stall and then go on a BB program that will address your lagging bodyparts.

1 rep maxes(which i actually did, not just calculated):
-130kg deadlift
-110kg squat
-80kg benchpress
-50kg OHP (this has always been my weak point)

73kg 5'7 but had trouble last week during my 4th and 5th set of squats..
I squat 85kg, 100kg dl, 50kg bench, 35ohp and 52.5 row. 5x5 and I've also added accesories from ICF routine.

Deload by 20% on all of your lifts and jump on Candito's LP. Also go on a Keto-style diet until you are 83-85kg.

If you stall twice on Candito either go on TM - if you want strength - or a PPL - if you are inclined more towards bodybuilding.

You are doing 2 things wrong:
1) You increase volume without the capacity to recover from it
2) You are doing a flat 5x5 when you are starting to have trouble with it.

Your 5x5 from now on should be like this - 70%, 80%, 100 %, 85%, 70%. On the last day you do an AMRAP with 60% after your last 70%.

Eat at maintenance until you stall hard on two of your lifts. Then switch to Candito and drop 5-6 kg.
