Any former ballerinas on /fit/? I plan on starting ballet up again in january but want to do exercises to strengthen my feet, calves, ankles, and thighs. Any other tips on exercises targetting legs welcome.
I've wanted to try it, just kind of casually, but it's expensive, they take that shit way too seriously, and as an adult I have to find special adult classes which is kind of a pain.

I will be a young adult in beginning classes with children, most likely. Not sure if i want to make it a career but Im sure i want to at least become a Pointe dancer.
I want to find a ballerina to fuck

You'll go into an intermediate class with other young adults most likely.

Don't be an idiot that does the OP pic shit or your dancing will be over before you know it.
Squats, pistol squats, calf raises, lunges... a lot comes down to practicing form on your movements tho.
If hitting your leg with a hammer was considered an art form, I'm sure people would do it too.

Shit tier school I'm afraid.
I've seen this a lot as well and that's p much what it boils down to. It's not a desirable trait to have anterior pelvic tilt

I, for one, admire greatly the power and grace of Baryshnikov and Nureyev.
It is humanity at it's most beautiful - and disciplined.
Great brief intro video for those who are interested in Baryshnikov.
