You guys should work on your cardio more. If you're too weak to lift weights after cardio that's not like a 3 hour swim, you are NOT fit. This is why the cardio kills gains meme needs to stop, you guys are in way worse shape than you think

I do generally thirty minutes of cardio before lifting a brisk jog so, I usually set the treadmill at 6.5 mph with a 1.5 incline. Gets the blood flowing and my body loosened up, so Im not just going 0-60.

Exactly. Im actually more pumped to lift, AFTER cardio. 90% of the people here are permabulkers who cant jog for more than thirty minutes so it makes sense that these people would rather try to convince themselves that they shouldnt do cardio before lifting, or at all

Its probably mostly the effect of pre workout and good tunes. The endorphins are flowing and i get a natural high after im done with cardio.
