I am as big boned as it gets I think. My chest is so barrel-mode it looks almost abnormal, my arms can't even hang at my sides, they just rest on my ribs. It's like I have a disorder but when I breath out and flex my abs it returns to semi-normal looking. I don't think I ever learned how to breath into my diaphragm, instead I just breathed into my chest my whole life, causing this to develop since I was a kid...but also my wrists are 8+ inches and my hip bones are huge and high up. My wrist bones almost touch my rib cage when standing it's odd.
