I ate whatever I wanted how much I wanted and
went from 70kg bench to 100kg in 4 weeks.
Bench 2x a week and keep adding weight every session. (Even if it's 2,5kg)

I did have a solid base from a year of training, I was always scared of bulking. But then I said fuck it, And ate whatever the fuck I wanted and benched 2 or 3 times a week.
