Before we start, I'd like to state that I know keto isn't magic and that calories in/calories out is still the most important thing for fat loss.
I'm just wondering what the pros and cons are health and performance wise.
Please try to explain your rational well. Saying "hurr durr keto is stupid" isn't helpful.
thing i like most about when i do keto is the lack of sugar craving. at first it's there, but when in keto its gone.
