I'm 201cm tall. How do I achieve Hafthor mode?
If you don't have genetics that make you grow muscle almost by merely looking at weights, you should probably roid.

That guy ain't 6'7 tall, his real height must be 6'5(196cm)
It's mostly genetic. When hafthor started training, he was already around 350lbs.
