This. It's just just chest and arms over and over, also some team sports like football (soccer).
It's fine for girls. One of my bros trains this way and has a hot gf. But can't understand why he doesn't put on much mass and fucked up his rotator cuff due to lack of shoulder work so can't work chest for a while.

A guy I went to highschool with goes to my gym, so we talk from time to time. He's a curlbro who only ever works chest, tris, and bis. He's always asking how I grow, but never wants to dl or squat with me. He hasn't made progress in a very long time. If you aspire to never improve your physique you're already a curlbro, breh

Oh abs as well. It's how 90% of gym goers train. I prefer the classic golden era bodybuilding look and strength/powerlifting style training, but if you're a young dude who only cares about pussy and isn't too scared of muscle imbalances or long term injury it's fine. Not everyone has the same fitness goals.

Yeah my friends who are curlbros don't put much mass on and lose it really easily. But whatever floats your boat. Anecdotally I would say the big compounds in the strength rep range causing Test and GH release is true.
3x20 Barbell curls (warm up)
3x5 dumbell curls (strength)
6x12 dumbell curls
4x8 Reverse Cable curls
1x2 half pull up
1x1 walk out like a champ
Curlbro here
1-biceps / back / shoulders (this is a long workout, 2 hours or more)
2-legs / abs
3- chest / triceps / forearms
4- day off
rince and repeat
