Is ottermode possible through running and bodyweight exercises? I'm a cheap ass who doesn't want to buy weights and I live in the middle of buttfuck nowhere so its not possible to go to a gym every day

don't eat
do a couple of pushups ed
You can get a decent ottermode physique through pushups, dips, chinups, and core. Legs will be shit but calisthenics really only work for upper body. Diet will be crucial to actually look good.
>Is ottermode possible through running and bodyweight exercises?
Yup. Ottermode is just low body fat and more muscle than your average sub saharan african.

Sure, do freeletics or any other good calisthenics routine with proper nutrition

>Legs will be shit but calisthenics really only work for upper body.
>No sir, I've never done a one legged squat or a glute ham raise
pistol and elevated shrimp squats help with legs, glutes are more difficult
anyone have any decent bodyweight routines?

>freeletics
Don't

Weightless split squats, glue bridges and etc are great glute builders for the BW trainer.

Honestly check out r/bodyweightfitness, their basic routine works well enough.

Overcoming gravity
Convict conditioning
You are your own gym

Yeah. I prefer barbell strength training + HIIT and that classic bodybuilding physique. But my bro got that ottermode male model look with bodyweight + running (You Are Your Own Gym + RunKeeper programs). My style gets more mires from dudes and his style gets more mires from women. Kek. No homo.

Just do push ups, pull ups and some core stuff (planks, crunches) every second day or something. Do three sets of each until failure with 60-120 sec breaks in between.
I'd advise to buy a set of dumbells to work out your shoulders and arms though, otherwise you'll end up with a huge chest and tiny arms, which looks somewhat disproportionate. But that's up to you. For legs I never did anything, because I used to bike uphill a lot and was borderline T-rex mode.

Not really though.
are there ANY bodyweight excercises that can get you non-dyel legs? all bodyweight leg excercises seem like memes

Hiking, swimming, split squats, pistol squats, glute bridges, 3x30 single leg calve raises every other day. Etc
>>35051133
so in other words no
