What does your typical day's eating consist of /fit/? Calorie #?
Me: Porridge, Chicken stir fry, small chocolate bar (230 cal), stewed apples, 2 boiled eggs, protein shakes
I have a real sweet tooth and I can't abandon eating candy/chocolate/hot chocolate once a day. I normally set aside 300 calories for this kind of eating
Doin GOMAD so nothing but milk and whey for me.

bfast: whole grain bread (bake it myself), ricotta (make it myself too), one small tomato, about a cup of rucula and watercrest, and a poached egg
Lunch: boiled chicken - grilled fish - homemade burger + salads or veggies stews
Dinner: same as bfast.
in between meals: mostly yogurt (make it myself) with fruits (strawberries, blueberries, etc)
