Maybe lifting while eating at maintenance purposely undertraining certain bodyparts (legs for example) and training others more (serratus anterior for example?

I did this experiment OP. I stopped squatting/legs for 8 months to see what happens.
It was a waste of time and i wish i didnt do it. Not training something wont speed up or increase another.
