Shower
Shave
Make breakfast (tea + eggs)
Eat eggs
Dress
Chill, shitpost and drink tea
Brush teeth
Leave for work 7:40

I usually do some stretching while I cook breakfast.

I like to have a slow morning where I can mellow out with a good cup of tea before I have to hit the grind. I usually have around 30-45 minutes of solid nothing before I have to leave.

it's an okay routine. I work and concentrate better when i'm a little bit upset at myself

With work is more or less the same, except there's hours of work between breakfast and then working out.
