The exercises no. The 10km yes, not to mention stupid. You'll perma ruin your joints by 30s

10km a day on a cycle would have made more sense.

It'd work to give you endurance which could be argued is strength in the same sense that speed = strength but i wouldn't say it would make you much "stronger". Paired with a good diet you'd be one lean bastard though.

Don't worry. You're not supposed to start like that. Takes a lot of time to adjust. give a look to some schedules or apps for pushups (or whatever you wanna build) and follow it.

Also why do people on /fit/ think 10k is hard? It doesent even give you a time limit, you cqn do it in two hours. 5km/h is easy unless youre in a wheelchair
