Hey guys, I'm a college student and I want to get into weight loss and lifting but I have no fucking clue on where to begin.
Im 195 pounds and want to lose as much as my chest fat as possible while training my whole body, what excerises and workouts can I do to woek my body to the limit? (Keeping in mind im an absolute beginner). I have 3 days a week where I can go to the gym but if I absolutley need to I can make it 6 days, thanks for your help :)
