Anyone stomach acne here?
Been getting quite a few white heads on my stomach lately. Read it could have to do with blood sugar pressure. Has anyone here dealt with it? How did you make it go away? Should I go to the doctor for this?

I have the same problem, although it's more on the chest, but it looks very familiar. I haven't really done anything about it (I got rather mild acne on chest back, and face) so far, but I can tell that is not related to food (Did fasting (10+ days), no milk, keto, no eggs, etc, but it didn't change anything at all). I was kind of hoping that it would go away on it's own, but your post just reminded me that it didn't and I probably should go to a dermatologist soon. I also have a mild dandruff problem that I should look into.

In my case I started using soap when showering as well as a skin cleanser on my face on mornings and evenings + moisturizer. If you're still young maybe it'll go away with age (for me it did get better).
But I don't recommend you going to the doctor as it's a waste of money and their solutions seem quite shitty. My older bro did go to the doctor and their stuff made his skin very sensitive to sun + he was looking very reddish.

I don't know man, pic related is as bad as it usually gets. It's pretty annoying. I'm 25 already and I have a complete babby face, so the acne doesn't really help making me look like a respectable person.
