The yolk contains almost half of the protein in the egg as well as must of the nutrients and the omega 3 and 6 fatty acids. The yolk is the most nutritious and best testing part of the egg, you dumb shits.
If you're that concerned about cholesterol (recovering fatty?) then buy free range eggs, they have far less cholesterol and are much better for you.
