I found out if I am reading while doing it it makes both tasks much more bearable.
I weighed 49.8kg about a month ago, now I'm 51.6kg... still a long way to go but I'm glad the formula's working

Honestly I was losing weight pretty quickly at times. I think I lost 7 or 9 pounds in a week once. I actually regret it since it was all cardio and a strict diet, so now my body is all flabby and gross. I also have been stuck at around 180 for months now. When I was losing weight, I was really strict with my calories, but now there's always some junk food that makes me gain some pounds and then I lose it, but not make progress. I decided to really try to stay on a better diet starting this week. I want to get to 160 around January and then start SS. Hopefully I will look a little better at 160 and then I can work on gaining muscle which will hopefully also help me look better.

5'9", 145. ~30 lbs. between left and right. I can bench the bar now.

Started losing weight in february, was at 253lbs. Dropped to around 205lbs by aug, started paying more attention to my diet, plan on cutting until visible abs lol, now 195lbs and still look like shit.
