Anyone vegan here?

I've been eating plant based for the past week and feel dizzy/weak despite eating enough calories. I already have a good foundation of muscle and have been lifting for 3 years. Any tips?

I tried vegan and it didn't work for me. Not enough proteins and my recuperation were shit. I went from 5 times a week to 3 times a week since my muscles were always sore. But then again I'm 5'11 215lbs... I think vegan is only good for ottermode

Was vegan for 6 months. Ended up hospitalized because I thought I could just eat all plants and make no effort with micronutrients and vitamins and shit. Everything was low. Doc gave me a choice: regimen of vitamins and pills and supplements and stuff along with regular blood work to make sure I'm not fucking up my body, or start eating meat again.

But make sure you are getting enough vitamins.

I'm vegan - for almost 10 years.

How about you post what you eat, incl macros, calorie intake. Then maybe can give advice.

But if it's immediate reaction, could be your body adjusting to no meat no eggs, it's a huge transition.

If it's from longer term veganism, you should experiment with increasing cals, changing macros and maybe considering eggs like someone mentioned.
