So /fit/, in two months I'm going on a blacksmithing course.
It's going to be over 5 days, and I don't want to be dying after the first morning. What are some good excercises I can add to my current workout to make me ready for this?

Blacksmithlad?
Definitely train rotator cuffs
>>34989790
high rep low weight arm and shouler exercises
Hammer curls xD

>xD
>>34989790
Is this a course for skills that were made obsolete 200 years ago?
>>34989850
>obsolete
Apparently you never had to pound ur mum's pussy
>>34989850
Your mom is 200 years old but I still bang her

Tell me again how obsolete it is?
>blacksmithing course
I'm so glad that somebody is taking advantage of these fucking dildos who jump on this trend. How much did you spend on Parkour classes a few years ago?

>Tfw was always interested in blacksmithing, forging and metalwork
>Tfw now there's shitters like op who watched too many man at arms episodes and now he wants to be a blacksmith
>>34990170
I wish I knew what man at arms was, it sounds cool. Shows like pic related got me interested in age authentic metalwork, I just called it black smithing because that would attract the general populous of /fit/
>>34990170
Op here again
Thanks for telling me about man at arms, it seems pretty interesting, but looks about as cancerous for smithing as pewdiepie is for vidya

>>34989883
For this kind of crap that was p good.
>>34989790
Would love to do blacksmithing and glass blowing desu. I think rotator cuff prehab is a good call. For wrist snap type stuff grip articulation work (where you grip more and less with different fingers) can help, Indian mace and clubs or sledgehammer work. Or single armed barbell deadlift.

>277 bong dollars
>$400 American
Still pretty obsolete considering I could buy a couple shotguns for that price.
>>34989839
Low hanging fruit but smiled none the less
>>34992079
You missed my point
Could you make those shotguns yourself and still sell them for that much?
Why all the hate from you fagets? You honestly think that skills like that should be allowed just to die out because they're obsolete in the context of a technological society? A complete lack of imagination, desu. You'd never survive innawoods.
I blacksmithed for two days straight at a fair recently, didn't feel a thing other than being tired of standing all day
>>34989790
There honestly isn't much you can do. Unless you're willing to replicate a smithing session by raising and lowering a 10lb dumbbell for 2 hours, just deal with the soreness
>>34989839
kek, you're not wrong though
>>34989839
>xD
Stilled chuckled. Fuck you.
